The Hunger Board Games

A management game by Richard Garfield. Vampires awaken from their torpor with the first bloom of the Eternal Roses. You have until dawn to run to the Labyrinth and pick the most beautiful bud, hunting humans on your way, seducing familiars to help you and increasing your powers to become the most famous Vampire. The Hunger is a running game in which each player will have to optimize their deck of cards, hunt down humans to earn Victory Points, complete secret Missions and finally pick a Rose trying to get back to the Castle before dawn. The main mechanics of the game is that of Deckbuilding: each player starts with a similar deck to that of others, but decisions made during the game will cause you to modify the deck, which will affect both your powers in the game and your end-game score. 2-6 players / 60min / 12+
