This is NOT an expansion of Pandemic, but a variant on the same theme.

Pandemic Legacy kicks off in what could become one of the worst years in human history. Making sure it isn't really is up to the players, who will have to join forces to save the world.

Unlike Pandemic, actions taken during a Pandemic Legacy match also affect future matches. The characters will change. Some may be lost. Heroes will emerge. And, of course, there are the diseases, which start under control, but soon…

NOTE:Â Pandemic Legacy comes in two boxes: Red and Blue. There is no difference in content between the two. The two boxes offer variety, the possibility to choose your favorite and the possibility to buy two different boxes for two different groups of players.
