PICROSS 3D ROUND 2 PUZZLE - NINTENDO 3DS

In this title, players will be asked to solve over 300 three-dimensional puzzles to reveal all kinds of shapes. Inside each puzzle hides a detailed three-dimensional model just waiting to be revealed, and thanks to the stylus players will be able to detach unnecessary cubes and color the remaining ones, discovering surprising shapes and objects!
Starting to play these 3D puzzles is really within everyone's reach, but some will really test the skills of players, even the most experienced ones!

Each puzzle in Picross 3D: Round 2 starts out as a simple pattern, but it always hides something inside! From the numbers shown on the sides, the players will have to figure out which cubes to keep and which to destroy. It's never necessary to guess, there is always a logical reason to make a move!
First of all, it will be necessary to understand whether the cube should be colored blue or orange. The blue cubes create simple, square shapes, while the orange cubes can add more details and transform into curves, angles and even spheres.

As you progress through the levels, things start to get more and more complicated, with puzzles that will require players to rack their brains.
A normal number indicates that the colored cubes in a row or column are all connected. If the number is on the edge of a cube and is surrounded by a circle, the cubes in that row or column will be divided exactly into two groups, while if the number is surrounded by a square, they could belong to three or more different groups. To solve these puzzles, you need a little more reasoning.

The puzzles are organized in Books, many of which are themed, such as fairy tales, kitchens and vehicles! All your own books are collected in the Picross Café, so you can replay them at any time.
When you complete the puzzles, you receive jewels that are used to unlock other Books full of puzzles. In some books, all the puzzles solved combine together to create a large diorama called an architect's challenge. After completing the various puzzles as usual, they will join together to form a Royal Carriage, a Japanese Castle or something completely different! In all, there are five architect challenges to discover.

After completing a certain number of puzzles, the amiibo album is unlocked. By touching a compatible amiibo (sold separately) on the touch screen of the console*, you unlock fantastic new puzzles inspired by Nintendo characters!
Solving these complicated puzzles rewards you with a super-detailed scene from a famous game: Kirby inhaling enemies, Mario grabbing a Super Mushroom and many more! There are nine puzzles unlockable with amiibo in total.
