The master Osamu Tezuka returns to touch the themes of the Second World War and Nazism, this time in terms of a manga that mixes action, satire and a tribute to the aesthetics of the superheroes of the 40s. Dr. Asagumo is invited to Germany to collaborate with the Reich in the search for a new weapon, the Big X. Concerned about the possible effects of this instrument, he manages to delay its progress until the end of the war. Twenty years later, in Japan, a neo-Nazi organization nevertheless recovers the Big X project and completes it, revealing its essence: a drug capable of expanding the human body without limitations.
